David A. Liddell: President and Founder

David Liddell

Based on more than 20 years of experience in organizational and business growth, he develops leadership skills, creates a shared strategic vision for your company, and maximizes individual and team performance – the essential building blocks needed to achieve your goals, take advantage of emerging market opportunities, and build long-term organizational value.

David is widely respected for his skills as an expert problem solver, trainer, facilitator, coach, and speaker. As a certified 360 Solutions training partner, he brings expertise and a proven record of accomplishment to the creation of his customized employee development programs.

Prior to founding SKYE Business Solutions, David honed his skills in organizational and business development, sales and marketing, and employee retention, training and coaching through his work in the manufacturing, technology distribution, computer software, and information technology consulting industries. David has held strategic roles at Ingersoll-Rand, SPX Corporation (formerly General Signal), Computer Associates, Avnet Inc, and Dextrys (formerly Darwin Partners/DarwinSuzsoft).

David holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Concordia University and is active in several community and professional organizations.

Glenn Parsons: Managing Director

Glenn Parsons

Glenn is a seasoned executive with a unique blend of entrepreneurial/start up and public company experience. His background and insight serves him well as a trusted guide and valued asset to many organizations across several different industries. With a strong legacy of executive sales leadership in venture backed technology firms, Glenn has a proven track record of identifying and solving both strategic and tactical issues.

He is widely recognized for his skills as a leader, communicator, strategic thinker, problem solver, coach and mentor. His relentless focus on growth has positive impact on revenue, profits, market share, and organizational scalability.

Prior to SKYE Business Solutions, Glenn honed his skills in business development, executive sales leadership, operations, and professional services. He has held senior leadership positions at System Industries, Fiberlink Communications, CenterStone Software and VFA. Glenn’s industry experience includes network security, communications, wireless access, enterprise software, and data storage. He has extensive international experience as well, particularly in the EMEA and Asia Pac regions.

Glenn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Harvard University and his MBA in High Technology from Northeastern University. He serves on several boards and is active in a number of community and professional organizations.

Sandra Mayo: Operations Manager

Sandra Mayo

Sandy came to SKYE Business Solutions from NMA where she worked for over three years as Director of Administration. She is a highly organized administrator and effective project manager. Her experience includes over eight years with an electronic consulting and training firm as Training Administrator and Customer Service Representative. She also worked for a government agency for five years as Contract Administrator and Senior Program Monitor. While working with this government agency, Sandra had the opportunity to work firsthand with vendors that made a difference in the lives of low income individuals, parenting teens, and dislocated workers.

Sandy holds an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Newbury College. She is a former member of the NH American Heart Association Board of Directors and is an active member of her church group with RCIA and Comfort Ministry.
